This certification in Plant-Based Nutrition is offered through eCornell, the online branch of Cornell University. It consists of three courses (each two weeks long): Nutrition Fundamentals, Diseases of Affluence and Principles in Practice. The main lecturer is Dr. T. Colin Campbell, though other experts in the medical and nutrition fields also contribute. The course is approved for continuing education for physicians, nurses and pharmacists (unfortunately not physical therapists, darn!).

While I can’t post materials from the class itself, I can share some of my assignments from the course – hopefully you can learn a little along with me.
