Alright, this was an easy one. There were tons of veggie/vegan options on the menu here – picking just one was tough! I started off with a Fox Barrel Blackberry Pear Cider and ordered the Black-eyed Pea Burger from the specials for dinner. Both were delicious! The “burger” came on a toasted brioche bun with organic greens, sprouts and roasted red pepper aoli (no red onion for me). I could have left off the aoli to be a bit healthier but it was a great addition. The burger itself without any sauce was excellent. The dish came with a nice side salad of mixed greens.
